Welcome to the Website of the 2024 European Mathematical Psychology Group Meeting (EMPG 2024), held at the University of Tübingen Germany, September 04-06, 2024.

Call for papers

You are cordially invited to attend the EMPG 2024. Proposals for paper and poster presentations as well as proposals for symposia related to all aspects of mathematical psychology are welcome. Relevant topics include:

  • Perception and psychophysics
  • Models of cognition and learning
  • Knowledge structures
  • Measurement and scaling
  • Psychometrics
  • Computational methods
  • Statistical methods
  • Mathematical models
  • ...

Abstract submission

Authors are invited to submit an abstract (maximum of 2500 characters) in plain text (LaTeX symbols can be used). Any one person can only present one paper/poster, but can be a co-author of other papers/posters, or may also be an invited speaker.

Travel

Tübingen can be reached by train via Stuttgart main station with the regional trains IRE6, MEX12 or MEX18.

Tübingen can be also reached by plane and bus. The fastest connection between Stuttgart Airport and Tübingen train station (Hauptbahnhof) is the so-called Airport Sprinter (Bus Line No. 828) or Bus Line No. X82.

The venue can be reached via a 20 minutes walk from the main train station, or by taking one of the busses at platform B (Lines No. 13, 18 or 19, exit at stop "Hölderlinstraße", Line No. 5 exit at stop "Uni Kliniken Tal"). For more information see here (in German).
